Bohol Travel Guide FAQ
-
It depends on whether you're focusing on Panglao, inland attractions, or outdoor activities.
I would recommend giving yourself enough time for transfers instead of planning the entire trip around travel times that may vary.
-
Panglao is worth considering if your priorities include beach access and resort accommodation. Our Amorita Resort review provides a firsthand reference for one higher-end option.
-
Yes but it will depend on the activities you plan to do. Depending on the accommodation, transport, and activities you choose. Check accessibility and facilities before booking, especially for babies and older family members.
Alona Beach in Panglao is also a nice spot for babies. It has soft, powdery white sand, a gradual slope, and generally calm waters with gentle waves, making it a good place for little ones to enjoy the beach.
Important: Never leave your baby unattended at the beach or by the pool, even for a moment.

Aside from the island hopping, I would recommend the Stand-up Paddle in Loboc River.
