A personal favorite is the Burnt Basque Cheesecake by Chele. Its super soft texture makes this cheese cake a creamy delight. They also offer other flavors, and my top pick is the dark chocolate. Aside from the standard flavors, they offer limited and seasonal flavors too. Order the mini cheesecakes so you can try four flavors in one box.

2. Classic Chocolate Entremet Cake
A French-inspired dessert and cake shop by award-winning pastry chef Ely Salar. Patisserie Le Choux-Colat is known for the entremet cakes or mirror glazed cakes, which are both elegantly presented and delectable. We tried the Classic Chocolate Entremet Cake, which consist of moist chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse, hazelnut wafer crunch and the dark chocolate glaze. Its elegant design makes it perfect for special occasion.

3. Mango Torte
The iconic Mango Torte of Cuerva Bakeshop. A frozen dessert made with fresh mangoes, whipped cream, and a nut-meringue crust.

4. Lemon Olive Oil Torta
The Lemon Olive Oil Torta of Crafted By CG is Inspired by the flavors of Amalfi Coast. The lemon torta is topped with pistachio and thinly sliced lemon. Drizzle a bit of olive oil when served. The flavor is something unique and zesty, a perfect cake for summer.
