Ryoukai Ramen | Ramen House along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road

In this food blog, we will still explore restaurants along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road. This time, we’ve tried Ryoukai Ramen. A ramen house situated in Pasong Langka in Silang, Cavite. Ryoukai Ramen started its operations last November 2021 in a house which was converted to a restaurant.

The main dining area, located on the ground floor, is fully air-conditioned and has 8-10 tables. The place was decorated with Japanese lanterns and curtains to complete the theme.

As soon as we were seated, Ryoukai Ramen served their complimentary tea.

Ryoukai specializes in Ramen but the restaurant also features Japanese favorites such as sashimi, sushi and bento meals.

To start our Ryoukai Ramen experience, we opted for a Crispy California Maki. It comes with 8 pieces of decent sized maki.

For our main course, we followed the crew's recommendation and ordered the Tantanmen Ramen.

Additionally, we sampled the Shoyu Ramen.

Ryoukai Ramen proved to be a delightful surprise. Their choice of long, thin noodles for the ramen, along with the rich and flavorful broth, exceeded our expectations. The portions were quite generous, making it decently priced ramen compared to other ramen houses.

If you find yourself craving for a satisfying bowl of ramen along the Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road or around Silang, Cavite, then you should try Ryoukai Ramen.

Tip: Looking for a more intimate dining experience, Ryoukai Ramen features private rooms with the traditional low Japanese table setting. Each room has its own restroom.
