This modest restaurant features outdoor seating with aluminum sheet roofing and gravel flooring. They have a spacious dining area and can accommodate big groups.
Makan Indo-Malay Bistro has a simple menu, mainly focused on Nasi Goreng and Nasi Lemak. They also offer affordable coffee and local beverages.
We began our Makan Indo-Malay Bistro experience with an order of Roti Canai served with curry and queso dip.
Next, we tried the Malaysian Curry Laksa under the Soup and Noodles selection.
For the mains, we ordered Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang. It came with Lemak rice and the standard sides: roasted peanuts, cucumber, sambal and egg.
Makan Indo-Malay Bistro also offered Crispy Pork Nasi Goreng, though it was not yet part of the menu during our visit.
Moving to desserts, Makan Indo-Malay Bistro offers several cheesecakes. I think this is ube pandan cheesecake. Sorry forgot the actual name of this cake :D
Since it was still brunch, we also sampled their coffee selection. This is the Iced Americano, which is surprisingly good.
We also tried the Café Latte. Makan Indo-Malay Bistro only serve 8oz for the hot coffee option.
To summarize, Makan Indo-Malay Bistro serve good and reasonably priced Indonesian and Malaysian dishes. It is a great choice if you want to try something different from the usual Filipino, American, or Japanese cuisine when in Silang, Cavite.

Tip: The roof on the dining area is aluminum sheets, it can get hot especially during noontime. Best to visit late afternoon.
