NIU by Vikings | High-end Version of Vikings Luxury Buffet
Vikings Luxury Buffet is the largest buffet restaurant of the Philippines. Famous because of the affordable buffet rates for a luxurious buffet experience.
Aside from its main brand, Vikings group also has Tongyang Plus, Four Seasons Hot Pot and NIU by Vikings. In this blog, we’ll cover NIU by Vikings.
NIU by Vikings is the high-end version of Vikings Luxury Buffet. They have several branches around the metro. The branch we’ve tried was the one in SM Aura. Situated at the topmost level of the mall. The restaurant has a large area with a grand interior.
NIU by Vikings offers a wide selection of cuisines from local dishes to Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Plus the package do include wines, beers and other drinks as well.
NIU by Vikings has a wide variety of sushi.
I also like that NIU by Vikings have more than enough tempura available for everyone.
I was excited about the steak but the meat they cooked was from a different container. The steak came out rubbery. I thought, they would slice from the picture below.
I remember I had a good steak from previous visit. I hope they do something about it.
For dessert, my favorite is the Salted Dark Chocolate Tart.
All in all, NIU by Vikings is a buffet restaurant in Manila that you should try.
Recommendations: It is not part of the dim sums displayed but ask for a Xiao Long Bao.
