The Philippines is a tropical country with hot and humid climate. While most establishments such as malls, stores and restaurants are air-conditioned, you’ll still need to go outside, especially when exploring places or commuting. Even in highly urbanized cities, malls often have open sections. Also, not all mode of transportations are air-conditioned such as jeepneys, ordinary bus, tricycle and more. You’ll find yourself walking a lot when exploring or simply getting around the Philippines.
With this, one travel essential or a must-have in your everyday bag, is a portable fan. The one I’ve been using is from JisuLife, a leading brand on portable fans. JisuLife offers a variety of options for different uses, from handheld to stroller fan and more.
The one I carry every day is the JisuLife Handheld Fan Pro1, which features a sleek and minimalist design. It comes with a lanyard, a Type-C charging Cable and a pouch.
It has a digital display of the air volume and battery life. The air volume is adjustable by the gear and can go up to level 100.
What I like most about the JisuLife Pro1 is that it’s lightweight, has strong airflow and operates quietly.
A portable fan can make Exploring cities and tourists spots in a hot humid day much more comfortable. But if a portable fan isn’t for you, I recommend bringing a face towel or extra clothes in case you sweat.
