Sushi Nori | Sushi Bar in Ayala Malls Solenad, Nuvali

Sushi Nori, a sushi bar with over 10 branches across Metro Manila. Last September 2023, Sushi Nori expanded and opened a branch in Nuvali, located on the Ground Floor of Ayala Malls Solenad 3.

The interior of Sushi Nori in Nuvali has a vibrant and modern atmosphere featuring a bright orange theme. The design is accented by plants and a “Let’s Roll” neon lights.

In addition to Sushi Nori’s specialty, which is sushi, they also serve Poke Bowls and other Japanese favorites dishes.

Given that this is a sushi bar, it a must that we try their sushi offerings. Sushi Nori presents an extensive sushi flavors to choose from. During our visit, we ordered Sushi Dreams, a best-seller under their sushi rolls option. This delightful sushi roll is a combination of Salmon and Kani with cream-cheese.

For a change, we opted to go with Poke Bowls for our main dish. The crew recommended the Chirashi. This is a poke bowl, generously topped with salmon, tuna, tamago, unagi, kani, nori strips and cucumber.

We also ordered the Wagyu Poke Bowl, which has wagyu cubes and bonito flakes toppings.

Sushi Nori serves well-presented dishes with decent servings. While the Sushi Dream proved to be enjoyable, the highlight of our experience was the Chirashi poke bowl. In summary, we had a delightful Sushi Nori experience.

Recommendations: Chirashi poke bowl

Tip: I still haven’t tried it but Sushi Nori serves sushi cake as well.
