We found a hidden gem in one of the quiet and narrow street of Mendez, Cavite. Brewing Method by Loft is a small coffee shop associated with the Loft Tagaytay, which opened last 2022.  Located in a seemingly remote and secluded area. Brewing Methods by Loft mirrors the industrial vibe of the main structure.

Inside, Brewing Methods by Loft is accented with vintage items that makes the place Instagrammable and nostalgic.

Brewing Methods by Loft offers a variety of drinks including coffee based drinks, cocktails and specialty coffees.

For this experience, I’ve opted for their Orange Americano Fusion - a combination of Americano coffee and orange juice. Ideal option for those looking for a refreshing drink with a caffeine kick.

We also tried one hot coffee drink. Forget the name of this order :D

Complimenting their coffee drinks, Brewing Methods by Loft also serves waffles with six flavors to choose from. We sampled the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Waffle.
