H Proper Coffee Roaster is a third wave specialty coffee shop based in Cagayan De Oro City. We had an opportunity to try their pop up coffee shop in Ayala Triangle.
H Proper Coffee Roaster sourced their coffee beans from around the world. They uses coffees from Brazil, Columbia, Ethiopia, Philippines and more.
H Proper Coffee Roasters offers an extensive range of hot and cold coffee based drinks, including frappes and drip coffee.
During this experience, I had the opportunity to sample their Iced Espresso Matcha Latte. I do like this drink because, despite being a latte, it has a strong espresso taste.
To summarize our short H Proper Coffee Roaster experience, the drink I’ve tried was enjoyable. Majority of their coffee drinks comes in single size only with prices of the cold coffee drinks are above Php200.00. Despite the relatively higher costs compared to other local coffee shops, it is important to note that H Proper Coffee Roaster is a specialty coffee shop that serves high quality coffee.
