Parameter Coffee | Coffee Shop in a Bar in Salcedo Village, Makati

One weekend, we spent our Saturday morning exploring the food scene of Salcedo Weekend Market. We had the opportunity to try Parameter Coffee. This specialty coffee shop which opened last 2022, is sharing a space with Spritz Makati. Located at LP Leviste Street corner. Toledo Street.

Inside, the interior has a classy bar design which is not typical for a coffee shop. For dine in, guests do have the option between regular tables or a high bar tables.

Parameter Coffee offers variety of drinks including espresso based drinks, Iced teas, Milkshakes and more.

I was eager to try their hand-brewed coffee. Unfortunately, it was not available during our visit. Instead, we opted for two drinks under the espresso based selections: Caramel Macchiato (cold) and a crowd favorite, Quattro Spanish Latte (cold).

To summarize our brief Parameter Coffee experience, despite that the ambiance is not a typical coffee shop and expensive coffee price, their coffee base drinks offer a strong coffee taste without being overly bitter or sweet. Also, the reason why we tried Parameter Coffee was because of the friendly crew outside offering coffee samples. So, if you are looking for a high-quality coffee drink, Parameter Coffee is worth a try.

Tip: Parameter Coffee has several coffee based cocktails in collaboration with Spritz Makati: Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned Espresso and Parameter Spritz.
