Burger Mama Café | Homemade Burgers along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road

Looking for a quick bite along Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay road in the area of Silang, Cavite, we’ve noticed a strip of food establishments in CVI Building, right before reaching Minerva Tyre Gallery. Intrigued by this food hub, we parked our vehicle and checked the food scene. We came across 3 restaurants/cafes in the area: Cecil’s Café, Burger Mama Cafe and Himawari Specialty Coffee. Given our plan was a quick bite, we’ve picked Burger Mama Café for this experience.

Burger Mama Café opened last April 2023. However, the staff told us that the business began during pandemic. As you step inside, the contemporary and stylish interior, divided into two distinct sections. The left side, features a white and tiffany theme, while the right side has a vibrant palette with darker tones.

Burger Mama Café’s menu consists of burgers, rice meals and all day breakfasts’ options. Burger Mama Café boast that they only use 100% pure beef patties with no preservatives and extenders for their homemade burgers. The burger patties are made fresh daily to ensure the quality of their burgers.

Since Burger Mama Café specializes on burgers, we ordered their best-seller, the Burger Mama Cheeseburger. A quarter-pounder beef patty with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. We ordered fries on the side to complete the meal.

We also tried Burger Mama’s Chori Rice with Egg. Home-made chori patty served with garlic rice and egg.

Our visit to Burger Mama Café was a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant / café has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere complemented by friendly and accommodating crew. While the dishes we tried were flavorful, it's worth noting that the prices may lean slightly toward the higher end of the spectrum.

We refrained from ordering beverages as we were excited to try Himawari Specialty Coffee as well.

Recommendations: Burger Mama’s Cheeseburger.

Tip: Burger Mama Offer’s a Giant Burger with ½ kilo of beef patty. Visit during off-peak to avoid the crowd. Burger Mama Café has limited seating capacity.
