Casa Tropica Villas is a private pool villas in Pansol in Calamba, Laguna. They offer exclusive use of villas with its own pool and amenities.

There are 4 types of private villas available in Casa Tropica Villas. All villas has a modern industrial design. We’ve tried their Lambana Villa – a 3 story villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 25 pax.

The ground floor has an alfresco lounge area and dining area, kitchen and grilling station.

This is the private hot spring pool with a max depth of 5ft. The water is 100% natural from Mt. Makiling.

There is a kiddie pool / jacuzzi on the other side. It’s nice to see that Casa Tropical Villas replaces the water after each reservation.

There’s a game area in 2nd floor. A mini billiards table, table tennis, darts and other board games free of use. However, the billiards stick and dart pin were already damaged. Hope they can replace those item for a better experience. Also noted that the placement of the dart board beside the veranda is dangerous. Dart pin may bounce and fall directly to the pool.

I like the modern structure, open-air design and spacious area of Casa Tropica Villas. I also like that the things that will help make your staycation fun (videoke, Netflix, billiards, darts and more) were already included in the package. Recommendations: Best to schedule a visit to Pansol during cold season since weather in Philippines is already hot (scorching in summer).

Tip: If you don’t want to cook, there are restaurants nearby where you can order food. The rate is lower during weekdays and the bigger the group the cheaper the rate per person.

Casa Tropica Villas is always open but reservation is required. No walk-ins.
Check in time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 12:NN
No corkage for food and drinks.
Most of the kitchenware are already available. You only need plates, utensils and cups.
Casa Tropica Villas allow pets. Be sure to inform the resort if you plan on bringing your pet.
Signal is decent but they also offer a free WIFI in the resort.
