Salaya Beach Houses | Luxury Boutique Resort Near Dumaguete
During our Dumaguete trip, we spent day 1 in Salaya Beach Houses. This is a luxury boutique resort hidden in Dauin, a town south of Dumaguete.
Salaya Beach Houses has several luxury apartments and penthouses. We’ve tried their Day Room Package and got the Penthouse.
The 2 bedroom penthouse has a modern tropical villa theme. It includes a living room and a balcony with view of the garden, pool and the sea.
All of the villas has a view of the garden, which is in the middle of the resort.
The infinity pool is situated near the beach close to the edge of the garden.
You can also order drinks from the bar beside the pool. Tried their mango shake and loved it. They also have a happy hour promo for alcoholic drinks.
Salaya Beach Houses do have access to the beach. The beach has a fine dark brown sand. The shore line is full of rocks and pebbles.
It may not be the most picturesque beach in Philippines but it definitely has an amazing underwater scene.
Aside from enjoying all the amenities of Salaya Beach Houses, the Day Room Package also includes a consumable value at Dahon Restaurant. Since we stayed in Salaya Beach Houses the whole day, we maximized our experience and tried the dishes available at Dahon Restaurant for our lunch and dinner.
Modern and well-maintained amenities, uncrowded resort, first class service from their friendly crew and great food. This is our Salaya Beach Houses experience.
Recommendations: Salaya Beach Houses can only accept limited capacity of guest. This is perfect for those who wants to relax or escape crowded resorts.
Tip: If you are into snorkeling or scuba diving, the sea in front of the resort already has an amazing underwater life.
