Umami Sushi Roll, this is a Japanese-inspired food cart that serves sushi rolls in a burrito-style wrap, making it a convenient option for a quick and filling snack. We stumbled upon their cart on the second floor of Siam Center.
Aside from sushi rolls, Umami Sushi Roll also offers rice bowl set and several finger food to pair with your roll.
Since sushi rolls are their specialty, we decided to try two:
Salmon Cream Cheese Roll
Salmon Tamago Roll
Their meal option, which costs 149 Baht, already came with a cup of fries and a bucket of soft drinks. The fries were pretty standard, but I think the bucket of drinks is a clever marketing idea. Price-wise, I think it was decent for a quality snack.
The sushi roll were enjoyable and had generous amount of filling. They probably won’t make you completely full, but they’re definitely satisfying enough for a quick bite.
For me, Umami Sushi Roll is a good option if you’re looking for an affordable and filling snack at Siam Center while exploring Siam Center.
