Drop By Dough, a local Thai doughnut brand known for its handcrafted doughnuts. The branch we visited was at EmQuartier. Unfortunately, this branch already closed. I still wanted to share Drop By Dough in my Bangkok food guide since they still have other branches in Bangkok and one in Hong Kong.

Drop By Dough offers unique doughnut flavors like Bacon Cheddar Cheese, Mandarin Orange and Oolong Tea and Sweet Corn just to name a few. They also offer seasonal and monthly flavors too.

Aside from their regular doughnuts, Drop By Dough also uses their doughnuts for sandwiches and ice cream doughnuts.

For this experience, we tried the Mango Kati, inspired by the famous Thai Mango Sticky Rice. The toppings came with mango jam, coconut cream, coconut chips, beans and fresh mango.

We also tried the Kyoto Matcha Red Bean, which is inspired by a popular Japanese snack.

Of course, we also ordered coffee because it is a perfect combination for a doughnut. We tried Cold Brew,

and the Dirty Coffee.

Overall, I really enjoyed the unique doughnut creations at Drop By Dough. The flavor were well-balanced and not overly sweet. Pair it with a cup of coffee and you have a pretty good snack without feeling like you’re going overboard.

If you’re looking for a doughnut and coffee shop in Bangkok, Drop By Dough is definitely worth checking out.

Recommendation: For me the doughnuts are best enjoyed with coffee.

Tip: I haven’t tried the sourdough sandwiches yet, but the photos looked really good. They could be a good option if you are looking for a breakfast spot in Bangkok.
