Jian Cha, a premium tea shop chain in Thailand known for its refreshing tea-based drinks.
Jian Cha has several branches across Thailand, but the one we visited was inside Siam Paragon, located on the upper floor. The shop features a clean, minimalist and modern design. Making it a nice spot to take a quick break from exploring the mall.
Jian Cha offers a wide selection of drinks, including fruit teas, milk teas, slushies, and a variety of toppings that you can customize to your liking. They also have a selection of pastries if you want something to pair with your drink.
During this experience, we tried two of the best-selling drinks:
Grape Tea Slushie with Cream Cheese – 150 Baht
Camellia Milk Tea – 145 Baht
Both drinks were refreshing, especially after spending the afternoon exploring Ayutthaya under the scorching heat.
Overall, we enjoyed both drinks and felt they were reasonable priced for the quality. If you’re exploring Bangkok and looking for a refreshing drink, Jian Cha is a great place to cool down and recharge.
Recommendation: Camellia Milk Tea and Grape Tea Slushie with Cream Cheese
Tip: For me, the Grape Tea Slushie with Cream Cheese was unique and definitely worth trying at least once. However, if you're lactose intolerant like I am, I'd recommend going for the Grape Tea Smoothie instead.
