25 Seeds by Café Fleur | A Must Try Restaurant in Angeles, Pampanga
We discovered a must-try restaurant hidden in the heritage district of Angeles, Pampanga. 25 Seeds is a Filipino restaurant by Chef Sau Del Rosario. The inspiration came from his 25 years of culinary journey.
The restaurant is located in an old ancestral mansion just a few meters away from Holy Rosary Parish. The house - converted into a restaurant has a traditional Filipino aesthetics with modern finish. It has a spacious dining area with a bar in the middle. 25 Seeds has a classy but relaxed atmosphere. “I was too hungry to take a photo of the dining area “ :D
25 Seeds serves famous Kapampangan and Filipino dishes. We started off with Tamales Pampanguena and Crispy Okoy.
Then, we tried the Aligue Pasta. What is unique with their Pasta Aligue is thinly sliced green mangoes mixed with the crab meat and with edible flowers as garnish.
For mains, we ordered Sinigang, Sisig Paella, Steamed Pampano and Pork Binagoongan.
We also ordered other best sellers like: Crispy Pork Belly Truffled Macadamia Kare Kare and,
The Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pata Tim.
Lastly, their Pancit Luglug.
What I like about 25 Seeds is that aside from its great food (taste and presentation), they have generous serving. One order is good for 3 to 4 persons. The price of the dishes are ranging from around 400+ to 900. Considering the quality and serving size, I think that the price is reasonable.
Recommendations: Aligue Pasta, Crispy Pork Belly Truffled Macadamia Kare Kare and The Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pata Tim.
Tip: Aligue Pasta is not part of their Dine-in menu. It is part of their party tray menu so you need to order this in advance.
